More than one phone or driver?
Cloud can let authorized users access the same linked vehicle account from different devices without a separate manufacturer login per phone. This is not a promise of unlimited drivers or vehicle accounts; service capacity, access rules and permissions apply.
Why is Cloud paid?
The optional backend maintains secure sessions, processing and — if enabled — trip history. Servers, traffic, storage and security have ongoing costs; Direct mode does not require a Cloud subscription.
